The Survey Results Are in!

I’d like to announce that the results of the 2010 Local 384 Member Representation Survey are now available. To view them, please click here.

It was especially good to hear from the folks who took the time to offer comments in the survey form. Though most of you didn’t leave comments, you’re still more than welcome to offer some ideas if you have thoughts on the survey, or ideas on how to improve our Union.

The Survey Ends April 16!

I want to thank all the members who’ve responded to the 2010 Local 384 Representation Survey. It’s been fascinating to see all the responses so far. While I’ve been privileged to receive feedback on an almost daily basis at work, the survey has allowed me to hear a more diverse sampling of opinions and voices.

If you’re interested in sharing your thoughts through the survey, but haven’t done so yet, please make sure to complete it by next Friday, April 16, 2010. If you’re a member of Teamsters Local 384, click here to take the survey. It’s quick and your participation is kept anonymous (even I don’t have access to your information when you take the survey, unless you go out of your way to identify yourself).

(Note: The survey linked above, just like this site, is not official union media. It is a rank-and-file effort. For more information on what makes something rank-and-file media, click here. For more information on the survey itself, click here.)
