I've been in a ton of places where the guy who stands up to management is branded negatively-by his UNION coworkers! We need to stick together. If one of us is targeted, we should all be willing to step into the line of fire with that person. Management loves to make an example of individuals, but they hate to look guilty of a massacre! I admit I was quite taken back by the audacity (or perhaps, more appropriately, ignorance) of such a move.
