I think a lot of politics is taking advantage of how busy people are with their everyday lives and seeing how much bull they can slip by the citizenry. Interestingly, quite a bit of the con revolves around how effectively the makeup is applied to the pig. All of which wouldn't work for a second if the voting population would only pay the tiniest bit of attention and dig beyond the propaganda served up by the campaign spin and advertising. Those are the million dollar questions, Jim.
